It’s Mother’s Day! And for the past 5 years, my mom and I have had a Mother’s Day twinning tradition where we wear matching outfits to celebrate the holiday. Here’s a look at our outfits throughout the years LOL!
It’s always been a fun little thing we do, and this year I wanted something a bit different. I loved the idea of wearing the same print but in different types of pieces, and I fell in love with this J.Crew dress and jumpsuit the second I saw them. I knew they would be perfect!

Both of these pieces are so cute and so incredibly flattering. The jumpsuit is so elegant and sophisticated with its wide-leg and high collar design, yet fun and playful with the striped print, making this the perfect day-to-night look with a quick switch of the heels and accessories (pair it with a fun statement earring for a super cute look!). Not to mention that bow on the back is just DARLING! My dress so comfy and flowy, and I am obsessed with the ruffle detail at the hem and the criss-cross back. This can be dressed down with flats or styled with a floppy or straw hat for a perfect beachy/vacation look. It can also be dressed up with heels and a cute handbag for a dressier ensemble. Either way, this dress is a stunner! It’s is perfect for vacations, honeymoons, and would also be perfect as a “something blue” bachelorette outfit for a soon-to-be bride! I was also really impressed with the fit and fabric quality of these two pieces. I love this because it gives me a chance to show you guys two different outfits on two different ages and body types!
