I picked up this adorable top from Zara, and I am OBSESSEDDDD with it y’all! This is the perfect light, spring/summer top, and it can pair well with so many things from skirts to shorts to pants. I paired it with some bootcut jeans and a belt for a chic and put together look. It is so dainty and sweet! I also loved the ruffles and that cute circle design at the collar and sleeves (I hadn’t seen that before and it instantly drew me to this top). It is such a versatile piece and best of all, it’s under $50!! I love the way the bootcut jeans looked with the outfit because they make your legs look a mile long and really flatter your figure. I think the trend for so long has been skinny jeans, which I love and wear everyday, but I love me a good bootcut or flared pair of jeans. I truly think these are super under-rated because they can be more chic and elegant than regular jeans.
Ok so the low-down on my shoes. I am wearing my “So Kate” Louboutins here, and while I love these shoes, they are KILLER, you guys. I have had mine for a little over 3 years now, and I still have to mentally prepare myself and brace myself for the pain in advance if I am ever thinking about wearing them LOL. These are 120mm (almost 5 inches!!!) high with no platform and they look amazing with everything; they are sexy and super flattering. But like I said they are super uncomfortable so do not plan on standing or walking for long periods of time. Would I buy a different pair in retrospect? No, because these shoes were my ultimate dream… BUT, I had the idea that I would wear them all the time and make so much use of them, and that is just not the case TBH. So, If you want something a bit more manageable that still has the same look, I recommend something like the Pigalle Follies. It is very similar but is 100mm which I think will be the perfect mix between comfort and that iconic Louboutin look.

Monica
