This weekend, Ben and I went out to dinner with Ben’s brother and his wife. We went to the most AMAZING Korean BBQ place I have ever tried! It’s a restaurant in Los Angeles called Genwa and it was the BOMB.com you guys!
We had some errands to run before dinner though, so I wanted something casual and easy but cute enough so that I could also wear out to dinner after. I LOVE this sweater I recently bought from Zara because it fits so well and is so comfy! I also love the pom pom detail (I can never say no to pom poms LOL). I wore it with a distressed pair of Joe’s Jeans (this is my all-time favorite denim brand because they are so flattering but incredibly comfortable; perfect for a busy day out) and paired it with my nude espadrilles. I decided to keep my outfit neutral, but I wanted to add a little pop of color, so I simply did a side braid, took a colorful silk scarf and tied it at the end into a bow. I let some hair loose around my face and Tada!!! It took a basic braid to another level, and made it look beautiful and intricate! I liked that it also made my hair my main accessory and the focus of my look.
Hope you guys are having a great week!
XOXO,
Monica
